Lifties is a strength training class designed for teen girls and young women who want to feel strong, confident, and empowered in the gym. It remains a safe, supportive space for teen girls to learn proper technique, build confidence, and feel comfortable in the weight room — now joined by positive female role models who bring the same uplifting, fun energy. Using dumbbells, kettlebells, and more, you’ll leave each class feeling accomplished and powerful after a full-body strength workout. Strength training builds both body and mind — increasing strength, boosting confidence, reducing injury risk, and laying the foundation for a healthy, active lifestyle. This class is for the girls who lift each other up!
