            Please take a Reformer Pilates Introduction class on Thursdays at 9:30

Beginner Foundational Reformer Classes on Mondays at 3:00 and Tuesdays at 9:30    
         For safety reasons we require that you have knowledge of the safe use and general working of the Pilates Reformer equipment

before joining a Mixed or Advanced Level Reformer class for the first time.

  We offer individual private or semi-private Pilates sessions, to prepare for class participation or to problem solve with an instructor regarding your individual needs and goals.  Please call us at 802-864-6262 or email [email protected]
