This 60-minute mat class uses your body, your mind, and your mat. It will provide new students with the basic understanding of the Pilates Method, while challenging the advanced student with increased flow and efficiency of movement. You do not need specific props for this class, but if you have a mat, towel and a strap or belt, these may be helpful! These classes are open to all levels, and are taught by a Pilates trained professional. The exercises can be modified by the instructor to fit your specific needs.
