A Pilates reformer class that will get your heart pumping! During this class you will use the jumpboard added to the reformer to provide a flat surface on which you can simulate the cardio of jumping without the full impact of jumping up and down.
This is an active class that will work all of your body still incorporating the other components of the Pilates repertoire with the added fun and sweat of jumping and as has been described by some, "flying".
Prior experience with the Pilates reformer is required before participating in this class.
