Class will focus on safe and effective exercises to help you live better. Whether you're new to strength training or a seasoned enthusiast, our class offers a welcoming environment where you can thrive and connect with like-minded individuals.
This class will be taught by Jenny Breckenridge, PT, GCS who is also a crossfit athlete herself. She teaches the "legends" class at her local crossfit gym and is excited to bring this class to the community at Momentum.
Classes will be held at 10 Farrell Street, UNIT 7 (Right next door to Momentum Physical Therapy, which is Unit 8) on Wednesday from 11:30-12:30 and Fridays 10:30-11:30.
