This strength training class is designed specifically for teenage females and will focus on full body strengthening.  We will be using weights, dumbbells, kettle bells, resistance bands, body weight and various other gym equipment to perform upper/lower body, core, and high intensity interval training.  This class will help empower young females to become strong, healthy and feel confident in the gym.  Teenage females have historically spent less time in the gym strength training.  We know that strength training for females increases strength, decreases risk of injury, decreases rates of depression, improves self confidence,   and sets teenage females up for a healthier lifestyle as adults.
