Reformer Introduction (40 min)

This video reviews the basic components and adjustments of the Allegro Reformer, and some of the principle exercises you may see in a typical reformer class. This video is meant to introduce you to the reformer and gives you information that would be part of an in-person private session which we offer at a reduced rate of $50/hour and recommend prior to class participation if you are completely new to the reformer equipment.
